
Mark has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, originally
spending the formative years of his career as a chef in some of Europe’s
finest hotels. He moved into contract catering to work for Cityline
Catering (later acquired by Eurest) and was rapidly promoted to Director
level. Following the acquisition, Mark decided to set up The In House
Catering Company with Tim and Gary and has successfully built it up
over the past decade to its current size. Mark’s passion is
great food and service and consequently, his key focus is on the unit
operational aspects of the business.
