Gary Hall recently re-joined our company having been one of the original
directors when we started in 1995. He is an experienced entrepreneurial
supporter of the contract catering industry. He has spent the past
30 years building up both his own company, which he sold fifteen years
ago, and later helping other fantastic caterers bring their ideas
and passion to the marketplace. He shares with us his culture and
values, which are all about fresh food and a huge respect for frontline,
front of house people who can really make a difference to the experience
of customers.
